Andrew Noll is the morning/noon news anchor and producer at WTAP in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Andrew graduated from Syracuse University in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast & Digital Journalism. He joined the WTAP team in November 2021.
