The Washington County Career Center Adult Technical Training has started up a new program with the help of Washington County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
The exhibit features the collaborative work of photographer Helen Hoffelt and fiber artist Char Norman, both of the Columbus College of Art and Design.
The Parkersburg Police Dept. is asking people to come out and help search for Gretchen Fleming. Fleming has been missing since early December. Police will be conducting a searching for her this Saturday here in Wood County. Gretchen’s family is hoping to find her this weekend and are speaking out to let people know who she is.

The intent of the program is to develop viable urban communities by providing decent housing and a suitable living environment, principally for persons of low and moderate-income, according to the program’s policies and procedures manual.
